How’s this for funny; I worked on a television commercial a month or so back for Food Chain Films here in Portland. It was a commercial to promote Musicfest NW. Because I worked on the spot, I received 2 passes ($100 value) to the entire festival for me and Diana. The festival was this last weekend, and wouldn’t you know it, Diana and I were too busy to see a single band (over 200 bands played the fest)! I missed Del the Funky Homosapien and Diana missed the Old 97’s and Thao with Get Down Stay Down. Unbelievable. Oh well, we had a crazy weekend nonetheless.
